iPod to lightning for iPhone 7

Hi guys
I have looked through pages and pages on this forum and internet and still can’t find a answer.
I have a 09 vantage with the iPod usb and aux connection in armrest. I can play music through my phone through the aux great but it doesn’t charge at the same time.
Can’t seem to find a iPod male to lightning cable anywhere,all I can find is a lightning adapter which doesn’t help me .
If I could find a cable would the iPod port work through my iPhone and charge at the same time.
Just need a temporary solution until I can get it properly done at Aston instillations.

I think I’ve sort of answered my own question
Going to use a iPhone cable splitter so I can charge and use aux cable at the same time.
Hope it works.
