DB7 Vantage - original stereo Bluetooth upgrade

Hi, hoping someone can please advise/ assist.
Considering an upgrade to the original Becker FM stereo with CD changer:
For a 2002 DB7 Vantage is the Sony DSX about as good as you need?
Car isn't a daily driver/ used on days off work occasional use. Was thinking about a BT module to connect to the existing Becker CD changer in the boot but read elsewhere the consistency isn't that good?
Required use would be iPhone integration to play music through the phone, maybe use the phone's sat nav, use the phone hands free without having to wire in additional speakers around the A-pillar; and listen to the radio.
Found this which has DAB and I think would slot in exactly where the existing head unit is :

Any thoughts on the quality of these units and if they're a straight swap by removing the Becker head unit, then plug and play the new unit (I would preserve the Becker unit for future originality purposes and wouldn't have the CD changer connected, unless it's easily done - because I would probably not use CDs if having access to smartphone music)?
