Rapide 20" Tyre Options

Hello folks,
It's time to refresh the rubber on my Rapide, stock sizes are 245/40/20 Front and 295/35/20 Rear, I'd like to give the front a little more rubber - so 255/40/20, has anyone done this? I had two size options on my previous Vantage, but can't find any info here for the Rapide (and would assume it would hold true for DBS too).

Why not just buy a better performing brand/model?
If you change the width for the same profile you will change the circumference of the tyre marginally too. I know its not much but I think you will likely gain more of what you are looking for (presumably grip?) by choosing a higher performing tyre rather than one in the wrong size.

Hey Adam, thank you - seems to be tricky to get PS4S in the 245 / 40 size for some reason, but readily available in 255 / 40. I think I may go Eagle F1 which is available in the correct sizes - had good experiences with both, as both are far superior to the AM marked Bridgestone rubber.

Ahh... Try Camskill, I bought a full set of PS4S from them for my V12VS. Delivered to AM Leeds who fitted for the usual nominal fitting charge.They have them in stock in 245/40/20 too, assuming the other params are correct spec for the Rapide?

I've put PS4S on my Rapide, got them at Black Circles a couple of months ago. Not driven it at all hard since, but definitely quieter, and if experience with same tyre on other cars is anything to go by you'll notice a big difference dynamically too. Gradually putting S4S on all my cars that can take them
