Aston Martin Vanquish 2017 Question

Hi all, First-time caller long timer listener

I've been trying to find a part and thought this may be a place with someone who knows!

I'm trying to find out what the circled sensor is? It attaches the ABS pump bracket and has two wires (both red). Both the plug and the sensor or whatever it is are missing on my car and no one seems able to tell me what they are!

Appreciate the help if anyone has an idea! My thoughts were some form of side impact sensor perhaps?

No sensor there, it should be connected to what's left of the wire that is now embedded into the expanding foam beneath your circles.

Was probably still attached before everything became twisted...

I lost whatever the sensor or clip thing is at the end! That’s what I’m trying to find out what it is so I can replace it. Still have the wire connected to the harness!

I think you might have missed my point. The connector you have is not supposed to have a sensor or additional harness that you are missing.

The yellow highlighted cable, should have a connector on it (where the red circle is), this is then plugged into the connector you have still attached to your harness.

So you are missing a connector from the harness, that will be almost impossible to identify and replace...
