Is there a Vantage in Stroud area? Can do me a favour!!

Hi all, I'm looking at my next fun car and thinking of a Vantage.
However, I'm not sure if a Vantage will go up my drive without scuffing the front spoiler.
Wondering if anyone is in the Stroud area (GL6) that would be prepared to bring their car over to "offer up" to the the ramp of my drive and see if it's likely to be an issue.
I had a TVR T350 previously and that was OK ("just"), but depended a lot on how much the front bumper overhung the front wheels...
Obviously happy to buy you a drink at the local pub and chat about AM afterwards etc...

Not near Stroud, but yes clearance is a problem, so this is what I did.

I originally had to use timber to drive over to raise the front wheels when driving out of my garage, but have now dug out a portion of top layer tarmac. There is now enough clearance, prior to the front wheels being on the start of the upward slope. No risk of scraping any more.

Would you be able to avoid repeatedly reversing up that slope? Reverse is a high gear, so clutch wear can take place.

I'm not too far away, but mine is waiting for the salty dirty roads to clear before its coming out.

I have a N430 - what model you after? Different models have different front splitters which will make quite a difference to grounding

I wish I had the foresight of OP here - my DB9 has some nice chin rash that I will need to get sorted, from the very first time I turned right out of my drive.

My neighbours also must think I'm a bit odd as I do my "swing way left to turn right out of my drive" routine - it's the only way of successfully navigating the various slopes and surface heights

Thanks Dewi, yes I had anticipated needing to use a scaffold plank when I had the TVR but it had just enough clearance if you came in at the right angle. I've only got a short bit of drive that "kicks" up but I can't reduce the height or incline cause it's dictated by the road and mains services.
Seems pretty difficult to calculate if it will go or not, it will likely be within 10mm one way or other, thinking the only way to know is to find a generous AM owner. Thanks for the advice tho.

Thanks Wayne, maybe I'll give you a shout when the roads clear up if that's OK and you fancy a drive out.
Didn't realise there was much difference between the models with ground clearance, but have looked at a couple of 55 plate 4.3's and there's a nice looking 59 plate 4.7 that I've seen too...

I work from home so pretty available most days and times (depending on Teams meetings..).
Depending where you're coming from there are some nice drives around here, if there's a day and time that suits and weather is looking nice for you, give me a shout, would be great to see your car too..
