Removing vantage rear Window trim

The in my case glass black metal trim around the rear window - Anyone removed it?

Any instructions / tips / video links?

The paint has flaked off mine and I’m hoping to remove it and get it repainted

If I remember rightly, lots of retaining screws for the trim section over the door, but the rear trim in question should just pop-off with some gentle prising using plastic trim-remover tool, starting at the back & working forward. Quite straight-forward as long as you're careful! (I took mine off for de-chroming)

Cheers maddog - good instructions so thanks the red pants too. It came off easily enough so now just need to get it repainted
