Ocellus teal V8V
Discussion
Hi guys
There’s an Ocellus teal V8V for sale at Aston Martin works which I’ve had my eye on, I think it was reserved and is now back on the market for whatever reason..
I almost took the plunge for an N430 a few years back for the same amount but assume as with everything the prices have gone up but does anyone know much about this particular car?
Spec wise I’d have liked some carbon and perhaps alcantara as well as, manual, but it’s the colour for me which has totally won me over. This and mako blue just do it for me on the V8V.
Any advice appreciated and here is the car…

OT is a lovely blue and reasonably unusual.
Interior and whether SS or manual obviously personal choice although share your like for Alcantara and Carbon.
Just be careful you don’t let budget creep occur otherwise a V12S might get you everything you want !
Works great to deal with - ask for Simon Stanton if he is still there although think he’s moving on.

Yeah here is the thing for another £10-12k there’s a black V12V and DBS at AM Leeds which look amazing and obviously come with their own positives, albeit an already expensive (to me) car is then considerably more so, so I do need to be careful on the budget creep!Interior and whether SS or manual obviously personal choice although share your like for Alcantara and Carbon.

Your prayers are answered - there is an Ocellus Team V12VS in AM Bristol!

Turn up towards the end of this month.
Sometimes there are dealer targets to meet at the end of quarter years. If they happen to be a few sales short of triggering the quarter bonus, you have a good chance of a lower price. Do some acting, don't appear keen.
If on the other hand, you are looking at your perfect car, especially if it will be a keeper, try the above first, but be ready to pay the full price to secure it.
Exciting times. Good luck.
I was at a very small car show on Marco Island on Sunday and there was a DB11 Volante there in ocellus teal. I've never seen it in the flesh before but it was stunning in the sunshine. What made this car unique I thought was that it had a full spicy red interior rather than the california poppy we normally see with OT. Absolutely beautiful car. The guy said it was for sale, found this. The ad says the interior is Lords Red but I'm pretty certain it wasn't Lords.

So I’m seriously tempted by the black V12S at Leeds, they put the price up but will honour the &69999 price it had been…cute.
At the moment we’re looking at £14k deposit and £699 pcm, 44month PCP
What do we think? Granted I’ve not given too many details on balloon but I think it’s 7.9% APR
I was hoping to pop less deposit in, or lower monthlies…
It’s he a service last autumn and not driven much since at all, so won’t need a service for another 6 months but I am tempted to ask for a free service?
Unsure if I’m getting a good deal given current situation

How does this all work ? I am puzzled.
Cost £70,000.
Pay £14,000 plus 44 x ££699 = £44,750.
Does that figure represent the expected depreciation, during 3 years and 8 months ?
I bought a Vantage for £60,000 and a decade later is reputedly now worth about £45,000.
Depreciation £15,000 ish.

Hmm, pass on that I would say!
Just get a conventional HP agreement where you gain some equity as you go if you really can't wait, or better still save up and buy another car for cash outright in a couple of years.
