Just had car fully ppf fitted and ceramic coating and I would just like to say a big thank you to John at advanced detail leeds his work is impeccable just look at the photos 😁

lovely, but what does it mean, ppf I know and ceramic coat also, when is what applied?
first cleaning and ceramic coat and then ppf or?

Hi they clean it then buff any imperfections out then apply ppf then 2 ceramic coats to make it shinny and easy to clean would highly recommend

What I'm not sure I get about these processes is that they typically make a big thing about polishing etc before applying the PPF but the PPF hides most blemishes etc anyway so is there much need in this step? If you were to ever remove the PPF I understand you would only need to sort out the paint again?

thanks, did not knew that about polishing the ppf, but I guess it makes it even better and easier to clean.
