Presented for your delight and delectation, I offer the Aston by Marin from the mind of Brazilian artist Marco Marin and recently displayed outside the Hotel Hermitage in Monaco.

I always wondered what would happen if you launched a Zebra at a car.

I'm wondering why this "art" is displayed in public..., better hide in closed garage.

No where close to the famous BMW art cars, which have been art on wheels.

Modern "art" baffles me. It seems to just be to try an idea that no one else has come up with! Like ruining the paintwork on an Aston Martin.

Each to their own but I REALLY like it. Love the colour scheme and yes I can appreciate the art stripes.
Just looks cool to me smile

It's only a few steps away from the paint schemes added to new cars that can't yet show the curves of new design but need to be road tested.

It's bloody awful

Not my cup of tea, but there have been some fantastic art cars, so there is hope. Might work better on the coupe?

Not to my taste.

Slight tangent but I have just noticed that the wheels appear to be a mirror image from the left to the right side of the car eg. the spokes are pointing forwards on both sides. But I think that is the wrong direction.

Think late 80s Escort RS Turbo where the wheels were not mirrored so looked better from one side to the other.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that.

I wonder why a mediocre and hateful comment is possible here!
luckily this masterpiece has just been sold to a great art and car collector.

It's called an opinion, and sense of humour, and they are allowed.

My opinion is that it's a pity to start with a beautiful shape and then camouflage it.

I like both Aston Martins and modern art, but in all honesty that just looks like a mackerel.

You're clearly new here. Its an opinion and one I'll happily standby. It looks terrible. Looking at your comments and new account, I suspect a bot account.
