You're all to blame.
Week or so ago went for a pint at our favourite real ale pub up the dale. Fella at the bar asks me what Aston I've got. Of course I'm wearing my Aston Martin 100 Centenary hat from a Sunday Service visit to Gaydon, 2017 or 18, without realising it's on me head. See how it's your fault??
Ensuing conversation of how good value they have (comparatively) become. Went back out to the beer garden and opened Astons for sale browser of choice and saw an extremely good value Vantage V8 for sale.
Showed this fella the advert when I went in for the next round. "What are you doing still stood here he says?)
After much ooh, ah ing she sits on my drive!
Effectively a one owner car as the first owner only had her 6 months, she been looked after by Aston Martin Works the rest of her life, with many tens of thousands spent. The only thing I don't like is the top of the ski slope is wood. Don't mind that per se but it's the only piece in the car so it looks out of place.
Anyways, first few pics, (discs are rusty because just washed):

She's done 7250 mile a year, but more importantly, to me, done those mile EVERY year.Is this the high miler
Much rather that mileage profile than one with garage queen / second or third car mileage that has stood a lot, does them no good whatsoever. That vRS in the pics has proven that.
The UK retail motor trade is scared witless of high miles, which makes them a bargain for the likes of me.

Personally I quite like the wood waterfalls and I nearly bought a Mariana Blue one with a walnut waterfall, but as far as one to suit the colour and your interior (which looks to be blue) then I'd say the classic Piano Black.
One question - no front number plate?

Wouldn't mind the wood if there was more of it, say below the top of the waterfall and/or on the door caps. It just stands out, for me as the only piece.

Thanks. I like the unusual not grey, silver or black, none resale colour.Set to on the driver's seat with some leather cleaner last night and it really brought the colour out.
Sunday is proper cleaning day.

A very nice example indeed and welcome to the fold. I think it looks like Concours Blue too, and from what I remember it’s a fairly rare colour compared to the usual blacks and greys etc. As others have said it’s easy to replace the roof aerial with a smaller stumpier version, and the ski slope isn’t too difficult to remove if you fancy a change. Just make sure you follow Richards videos carefully, take your time, and most importantly of all, make sure you use the correct trim removal tools.

Yes, will get some proper trim tools at lunch when I go to pay for the battery I had to put on! There's always something to spoil the new ownership experience, eh?!
