A/C line options?

Hi. I have a leak in the compressor-to-condenser line in my 2006 DB9. The AM Parts Manual lists the part as 4G43-19972-BE ( Tube Assembly, compressor to condenser) while the Scuderia site lists it as AG43-19972-AA.
It's US$592 from Scuderia, and a lot more from AM.
Has anyone found an alternative (there's nothing in the Alternative Parts sticky on this site)?

I think it's unlikely as that part has to follow the routing set out by the shape of the engine bay and therefore be bespoke to the model. I think maybe at best it could be used in a Vantage or DB9, but Scuderia would list that. Maybe check parts breakers. It's just a tube, nothing too special, so as long as it's not damaged and from a low-mileage car, I wouldn't expect to find leaks. Otherwise, I think you're stuck with Scuderia.

If you can remove the existing one then another alternative may be to find a local automotive A/C parts manufacturer who should be able to make you a new one using the old one as a pattern. It's hard to imagine it would cost more than the Aston sourced parts - it is after all just a pipe I think?
I've attached a link from a UK company who say they do this just as an example. I've no connection with them - just found on Google and hopefully there's a similar operation close to your location.
