DB9 Keep Alive Memory (KEM) being lost

I’m hoping someone can help me. I have a 2004 DB9 Vantage. 35,000 miles.
I have previously run the battery completely flat and lost the Keep ALive Memory. To fix this I had to re calibrate the seats and windows, then perform the Coast Down (coast from 70 to 20 mph to teach the Engine Misfire Memory). Until I performed the coast down I had rough running engine and major warnings. After I did this the car was fine for a year. So I have some experience of what losing the KAM looks like.
A coupe of days ago, I started the car and the KAM had been lost. So the seats won’t move back and the engine misfires again. The battery was full. I could recalibrate the seats OK.
I now find that if I start and stop the engine the KAM is lost. Just moving the ignition from on/off doesn’t lose the KAM. Only when I start and stop the engine. There are no error codes and I’ve checked the KAM fuses which are fine.
Does anyone know what causes the KAM to be lost upon engine start?
