Make your own plate frame?

Can’t find a plate frame that says Vantage for my 2020. Bought a new nameplate from Ston Martin Works and some emblems found on lapel pins. expensive route but the only one I could think of. anyone else make their own?

Rear plate frames are pretty unusual here in the UK because we dont have dates, states or logos on our plates but I know its extremely common in the US.
Its popular on German enthusiast cars in the UK though because owners like to have the German plate "look" on their cars. Illegal, but looks cool.
