I have seen 2 number plates for sale by auction this afternoon which maybe of interest to followers. T800 AMV and N800 AMV
Mathewsons Pickering if anyone is interested, not crazy reserves if you would just like to make your Vantage stand out.

My dear Sir. An Aston Martin Vantage stands out anyway. smile

Possibly, mine might have a slight bonus of a dateless plate.
3 letters followed by 2 numbers, bought many years ago, when prices were very reasonable compared to now.

A vehicle specific plate might not be to everyones taste, because if the car is sold, you either let the plate go, or try to persuade Arnold Michael Valdez to buy it, if you can find him.

81 RKY is very smart, although perhaps you have PB on another of your cars.

Whilst I change cars I'm not contemplating changing my name.
Hence I prefer plates with my initials on.
The first photo is 2 of mine at the moment and the second photo is part of a friend's nicer collection who has the same initials as me

I actually sold 81 RKY in the last week, currently looking for a dateless PRB, but currently don’t have a car to put it on!

Same initials. What a coincidence.

You might just beat your friend at Top Trumps.
Extra points for initials before numbers.

Just noticed that you friend has his cars in reverse order.
Lose a point for that. - smile

I chose this for my new (to me) car. Some people wonder what my name could possibly be, others just smile.

Excellent choice.
A better meaning for Timeless.

( Could be Xavier, or perhaps your username. - smile )

A beautiful photo too.
Did you take any more, with your car facing the other way?

XPK31 would have been better as it was the 31st. V580X "X-pack" V8 Vantage built!

Really? How do you know? I’ve not looked at any registers yet to do more research. In the UK you cannot choose numbers like in the US so getting this was quite lucky, esp as that’s my lucky number….

Probably because I wrote the book on the "X-pack" V580X V8Vantage!

I remember N430 AMV being for sale a few years ago , with hindsight I should have bought it and put it on my N430

Number plates are much less expensive and easier to get custom ones in the US.

They are very ugly though. They remind me of a t-shirt someone buys you when they were on holiday that you never want to wear.

I’m amazed that other countries haven’t done what they do here in NSW. Government makes a fortune out of it and people are willing to pay.

You can get what you want along with size, colour etc.

That registration mark is not listed as active.

When it was for sale, perhaps nobody wanted it.
Try contacting the DVLA.

confused
But it is not an issued, live registration mark.
