Rapide Rear Door Panel

I would like to remove the rear door panel from an AM Rapide. Does anyone have a workshop manual, instructions, video or info?

I took mine off to realign the window. Pretty easy just take your time, log/burn to memory where the bolts come from as some are different lengths.

Most of the time was spent making sure wiring for speakers etc went back perfectly once the window was aligned.
