Removing v8 vantage s drive shafts
Discussion
In the process of stripping my 2013 vantage s sportshift to get the sub frame galvanised and powder coated. All going well untill I have come to remove the drive shafts. How are they held in the diff/transaxle? I have been looking at a parts diagram on scissors and it looks as though the my have a cir clip on the inside?
If anyone could point my in the right direction that would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Tom

Thanks but that’s the normal vantage. The vantage s doesn’t have the bolts on the inner cv joint, it is splined and pushes in to the diff/transaxle.
Got it, in that case... drain the oil and with two well placed pry bars, one each side of the inner cv give it sharp shove and they'll pop out. Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
