11.07.23 - Something special?
Discussion
Longtime visitor of this forum but first time posting. AM uploaded a video to their socials teasing something being revealed for 11.07.23
I can only assume this is the speculated model to celebrate 110 years from a few sources back in January judging by the nod to the original logo at the beginning of the video. Any ideas? Unfortunately I can't post links as I'm in the 14 day probationary period but the video is posted to Twitter and Instagram.

I'm guessing it's going to be another late evening reveal, given that the UK timezone isn't a core market any more.
Maybe.
The largest sales market always used to be in the UK, until about 2018.
I think the reason for the late reveal last time, was the venue. Cannes FIlm Festival.
You know that LS will say they are already all sold, Adam. -

Well the last time that style of air vent above the HVAC controls were used is the Zagato DBS GT.
There appears no fancy finishes on the controls, so that might discount a Zagato level of involvement.
You clearly have Vantage derived buttons behind the shifter, which looks like a 6 spd box interestingly.

All very intriguing, would be nice if Aston went along the lines of Ferrari with the Icona Series but I guess the funding isn’t there. I would hazard a guess and say a V12 but that might be wishful thinking. I don’t want to see another speedster but something that actually looks distinctively different. It is a manual though, I assure you!

V12 Vantage manual? Aston has form for doing things that simultaneously get money in through the door fast and pThere appears no fancy finishes on the controls, so that might discount a Zagato level of involvement.

s off existing owners! My bet is that the Vantage "refresh" comes with a "limited" run of manual cars. However as before (AMR), it's unlikely that they spend that $ developing a manual option for a handful of cars. We'd still have them if Tobias Moers didn't kill them off. Perhaps AML will take a page from the Porsche book and keep manuals around?

And people question why they feel the need to write Aston Martin on the cars !AstonV said:
Oh dear. Imagine how upset Christina Hall must have been on her special day.
"My dream was to own an Aston Martin. I am so disappointed. This has ruined my whole birthday.
Who are Bentley anyway? I have never heard of them. Only footballers would want to be seen in something looking like this.
It is gaudy.
I wanted sophistication."
