Vantage V12s, seat doesn’t move down

Hi all,
I have spent the day trying to recalibrate my passenger seat in every which way possible.
I was cleaning the car inside, pressed the button on the side of
The dash to move the seat forward. When I tried to move it back all was fine apart from the back part of the base is in the fully up position. When I try to move it down from the switch it makes a continuous ticking noise but no movement. If I push the switch up it doesn’t do anything as it’s at the top.
Rest of the seats work perfectly, just the back part of the base doesn’t go down. I’ve disconnected the battery for 30 mins and reset both seats to no avail. Just one motor that clicks!
Any ideas what it could be? It’s the carbon seats.
