Build sheet details of options
Discussion
Hi All,
i am looking at placing my 14-15 gen 2 Vanquish on the market and would like a list of all the options. Is there an easy way to search the options. I have asked the dealer a couple of times but still received nothing. I am looking for a Vanq s.
Is there a reference site or can someone assist me.

AM can supply just the options list FOC see below when I enquired earlier this year.
"I have been forwarded your email regarding the build sheet.
I can only provide the full details to owners of cars after receiving proof of ownership and identification for GDPR purposes
I have therefore attached a list of the options added at manufacture in order to assist with your purchase decision.
Should you require the full build details at a later date I will be happy to assist.
All documents are chargeable and the cost of the document is £100 + VAT (if applicable).
Kindest regards
Donna Kalek"
I managed to obtain the full specification from the AM dealer for my Vantage.

Get yourself an account on AMTIS...put your chassis number in and hey presto you have a breakdown of the build (a complete breakdown is available by clicking on the bullet icon button).
https://technicalhub.astonmartin.com/amtis/index
A lot of it is subscription based, but for this purpose it is free (and so is the DSR).

I'm looking at a few V8V Roadsters (early-ish ones) and this has been great, getting the Model Year, and build information is fantastic for checking adverts are correct.

I could not see a "Bullet icon" but then I find most websites frustrating to navigate.
Thanks.

Enter the VIN and then there is short summarised list, but if you look at the top bar of the vehicle information there is a bullet list icon this will give you a popup and full breakdown of the features on the car.I could not see a "Bullet icon" but then I find most websites frustrating to navigate.

Note you do need to register for it but it is free

Aha. More detail revealed. Thanks.Note you do need to register for it but it is free

Additionally those using it to find PDI and service history on more recent (and it should be done on earlier cars) go workshop information, digital servicing.
You WILL almost I guarantee find a lot of cars with incomplete digital service history though. A number of techs forget to fill this in.

The only thing I can’t confirm is which bits were factory options or std.

Thanks, on your recommendation I contacted the original dealer and he provided 2 things 1. the options and build info and 2. the service history as performed by any Aston dealership.
You did well to be given the service history.
Many UK dealers immediately refuse and reach for the data protection excuse. They pretend the car is human, therefore subject to data protection.
It can be very different though, when a prospective buyer has cash on display in front of a salesman/saleswoman/salesother.
Exactly the same circumstances as in the Abdul sketch (played by Ronnie Corbett).
