V8 Vantage black front grill swap

Recently had my front grill re anodised in bright finish by badger anodising, in fact the car hasn’t covered 100 miles since I had it done earlier this year. So excellent condition. I am considering changing window trims, grill and potentially exhaust tips for black if I can find some.

Is there anyone with a 6 slat black grill for sale or swap? My car is. 2013 Vantage S.

Anyone changed to the black pack? Or had trims exhaust tips powder coated?

No, but I love the name Badger Anodising. Evidently they do car grilles as well as badgers

Those rear lights have now become noticeable. Are smoked black rear lights available ?

Not responding to your request, Tom, but curious about the re-anodise. I had a conversation with Badger (in Birmingham?) about re-anodising my grille vanes (2015 V8V non-S) and the guy I spoke to basically declined as they said without the correctly-shaped formers to support the vanes during the re-polishing required before the vanes went into the anodising vats they were concerned they would be distorted out of shape and the design curvature would be lost.

Did you and they have a conversation about potential distortion? My vanes have gone slightly "milky" and it looks like the previous owner used a Brillo pad on parts of them

Yea mine was milky no mention of distortion. I dealt with Peter. He was really helpful and the girl is as new now

On my 2009 Vantage I had everything powder coated satin black including: exhaust tips, side stalk with grill, hood grill and my 6 slats front grill. I painted satin black all the holders for the front grill so everything match.

I think they call that "Murdered out".
Really needs black bezels round the headlamp projector units as well - I saw a car with those at one of the meets I attended and I thought they looked so much better than the bright bezels. I doubt they are swappable, sadly.

Maybe in the future I can take the front headlights apart and paint those parts... I will need some project in my future retirement :-)
