I don't understand why everything has to be more " hard core/more track focused" and such. I'm glad they are making a DBS replacement and especially keeping the v12, but not everyone that wants a flagship wants a hardcore track oriented car. Likely it'll be based on the db12 chassis, like the past DBS, so in no way will it be a light weight 911 gt3 rs sort of thing. Makes you appreciate the old mk1 or later mk 2 vanquish models - both being flagships but not so track focused

Is it you Kevin, famous for racing at Castle Combe, now also with your son Charles, or perhaps that person is a namesake?

Sadly Bentley seem to have nailed their colours to full on wokery complete with full electrification, lots of rainbow flag waving etc. I think they might regret it when synthetic fuels allow ICE to carry on in the supercar niche.

I didn't know there were rich wokes. I hope Bentley charge them double, just so they can be even woker...

They used to be called champagne socialists... Alive and well in North and West London, lots of them marching for Palestine the week before last. Less so in the North.

Really hope it does look like the autocar article image, although, feel the price will also escalate with the transition from fast GT car to 'supercar' status.

Definitely not famous, but yes, you're right!

Thank you Kevin, for your clarification.

I gather that you have had many great successes in club racing. You need to be a real racer to achieve that.
Well done.

Thanks, Jon. The greatest days of my life have been racing with Charlie. We have no support, I prep the car, it's just fantastic to beat the big boys who have full support!
