DB9 carplay

Can someone tell me what was the first year the DB9 had Carplay ? Thanks

As clicking is very hard though..

You can easily get it retrofitted... speak to Aston Installations.

Pretty sure the DB9 finished production in 2016

Any VH era Aston with the revised waterfall will have either AMi II or AMi III.

The waterfall came to various models at different times, Vanquish being first I believe. I am sure Grants book linked above will give you the exact date for DB9 unless someone else here can confirm. With Vantage it was 2016 for the new waterfall.

AMi III came with carplay as standard (on later FOC firmware updates anyway). AMi III was fitted from MY17 cars across the board.

AMi II can be upgraded a by your dealer to become AMi III

Any Aston however can be upgraded by a third party such as Aston Installations to have carplay but it wont be OEM of course, so depends on your view of how important OEM is or not.
