Hi, I have a 2005 DB9 and need a new expansion cap. Does anyone know an alternative? Don't really what to pay Aston £90 for a cap which is probably Ford or Jaguar.

Is it an ally jobbie same as on my V12v?

If so I can sell u my old one. Only done 8k but changed it because my top hose was compressed when cooled down. AM suggested changing it but made no difference.

I have same issue with top hose.. did you just leave the hose as is with no detrimental impact?

I ordered a replacement cap for expansion bottle. Its 140kpa, the original is 150kpa. Will this difference cause a problem?
