After months of evaluating which AM I like most (V8 Vantage or DB12) I've finally placed on order for a DB12.
Looking for delivery this summer.

Here are some configurator pics of my new pride and joy :-)

Very classy spec Christof! Aluminite Silver? Contrast stitching is a nice touch with CF trim on console.

Have you been given approx delivery date yet? (I ordered a new new Vantage in January and was quoted as September).

Like me, you’ll be counting the days and reading up as much as possible in advance of delivery. You can read the user manual here if you’re interested……. https://www.astonmartin.com/en-gb/owners/owners-gu...

Thanks :-) It was a looong way to choose this spec.

My inspiration was a modern day interpretation of OO7's DB5, as I'm obsessed by this car :-)

Yes, it's Aluminite silver. I couldn't convince me to go for full contrast stitching as I saw on several cars at the dealerships imperfections in the parallel stitching on the dashboard. Instead, I've asked Q to do only the Aston Martin wings on the seats in Argento silver. As this has been a Q option, the configurator can't show it.

I also went for the standard audio system as the B&W system was a big disappointment soundwise after experiencing a NAIM system in a Continental GT.
Instead, I've used the budget for the B&W system for the CF interior.

I've ordered it end of December and was quoted a delivery time for end of June.

Thanks :-)

No deals to make here in Europe.

For some reason, resale value of AM's over here are much better than in the UK.
Dealer stock seem to be also lower as in the US or UK.

I went to some AM dealerships in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Austria before placing my order.
When the DB12 launched, absolutely no deal or discount was available.
Now the times changed a bit and you may get a very small discount.

Interesting, thank you for sharing.
I was under the impression general narrative was a lot of dealers where fully stocked, full courtyards etc. Maybe its only DBX at the moment..

In my experience also there are many cars avaialable and (small) discounts can be achieved.

More than 50 available in EU spec: https://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/search.html?dam...

But of course congrats with your car, great spec and nice thing to look forward to!

Thanks!

32 Coupes are available, with most of them having a spec or price which would make it hard to sell.
But in general, stock is growing faster than it can be sold.

I've got a pretty good deal on mine :-)

I must say that the Bowers is amazing, and one of the key aspects I love about the interior but then again music in a convertible is amazing to me.

Wished mine had your amazing carbon interior

Lovely, classy spec, I like playing with colours on the configurator, but the silvers always get me. Sehr gut gemacht!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I also think that the DB12 is price- and designwise the sweet spot in the current range.

In general, I'm not a silver fan, but for some reason silver suits the DB12 very well.
However, my favorite color is 1959 Racing Green, but couldn't justify the 20.000 EUR premium for this color.
