Engine temperature warning v8

Good morning, an engine temperature message appeared for the third time On the 2006 v8 vantage.

I don't consider it and I continue.

Does this happen to anyone?

Should I be worried?

Definitely not to be ignored. Have you checked the coolant level?

It could be a simple as it just needs a SMALL top up or the sensor is faulty. But if there’s a coolant leak, airlock or water pump issue etc, you’ll need to get it fixed asap. You don’t want to blow a head gasket!
