Titanium silver chip colour match
Discussion
I have a tungsten silver (paint code 1262) 2007 V8 Vantage. I have also struggled with paint for chips. The best match I found was from a company in Northern Ireland (off Ebay). Your best bet is to buy one of these and then mix it yourself with additional silver/black until you are happy. One warning, don't do this and then get Chipsaway or a similar company round as their water-based paint and cellulose don't go well together. On another car I had to remove all the cellulose I had used to stop a reaction. I ended up with small tub of water-based tungsten silver which Chipsaway left me. That was a good match for stone chips. Other areas I have resprayed myself with cellulose spray cans from Northern Ireland. It looks fine, but I had to blend it in and then lacquer it. If in doubt, leave it to professionals!
So I also had an issue matching Titanium Silver on my 2006 V8V.
I had two OEM touch-up pens sent from the main dealer (HWM) and neither matched. They even got their body shop to mix some AST1348D and sent that to me free-of-charge, but still no match. I assume my car has had some paint repair at some point and the colour is not exactly as it left the factory, or perhaps the paint has faded over time.
However, I did get a perfect match in an aerosol can from Colour Car Services in Romford (https://www.carcolourservices.co.uk/). All they needed was a sample of the paintwork to scan, so I sent them the door mirror cover, which they returned with the can of paint. The match is spot on.

Also seen this place recommended by Dan Thorpe - 2019 Aston Vantage Owner who also runs a YouTube channel (‘Feel the Passion’), but have no experience myself of the place. He won second place in 2025 AMOC Concours at Burghley House, and spent time getting his paint chips and detailing sorted beforehand (he has a 4 part video on his channel describing the journey).

Having spent some time wandering through various music videos, the YouTube channel referred to is actually "Fuel the Passion".https://chipex.co.uk/
I've not viewed any of his content yet so can't comment.
