Am I an idiot thinking I would like a "premium" Tyre specialist to change 4 tyres on a db11 ?

Is Jacking the car correctly and not damaging the alloys while changing tyres a simple and straight forward job ?

I'd rather drive a few hours for top notch service rather than a random kwikfit around the block ... but maybe I should not be scared ?

Any thoughts and recommandation of good places welcomed 🙏 ... London / surrey / chesterfield area

PS: merry Christmas and happy driving in 2026 !

Go to HWM. I tried to find several places via Blackcircles to stick PS4S on my Vantage and several supposedly premium fitters declined the job.

Tadworth Tyres

They do loads of fancy cars. I've had great tyre service from them over the years, including professional vulcanised repairs of runflat punctures.

Yes, it appears they know how to jack a car without damaging it and they know how to change the tyres without damaging the rims.

Yes, I have to travel to get there, it's not just my local fitter.

Last time I was there, Jimmy White (snooker) was picking up his Bentley.

Recommended.

You must jack the car correctly in the right place , On no account get a firm " to change on your drive" unless you want damaged alloys ask how I know .

I bought jacking pads for my DBSV12 see here i had two sets of wheels / summer winter fitted with pirrelis and i would rotate during the seasons

for your DB11

then a low 2,.5 ton trolley jack and you can remove the wheels

i would take to a specialist wheel shop that deal with supercars and can guarantee not to damage the wheels as posted HWM

horror story of jacking in the wrong place = written off Aston
