V8 Vantage Glove box string/tether and Sunvisor removal

Good morning guys,

I removed the glovebox and within a split of a second the string disappeared. Any information, videos, diagram on where to find it would be appreciated.

Also, how do you remove the sunvisors? The car is a Vantage 2010 Roadsrer.

How is it called? The nearest i could find was 'CABLE ABUTMENT, GLOVEBOX' and it has a '-' next to it, no number to indicate on the diagram.
