DB9 fault codes - help!
Discussion
My 2008 DB9 threw up "check fuel system" and "urgent service" warnings, while coughing and spluttering after a 30 minute drive and short stop. I gingerly drove home and ran a quick scan on my Foxwell NT530 and cleared the codes (stupidly forgot to note what they were). The warning lights have stopped and she's firing up fine so I took her out for a drive to see which codes came back. I re-ran the Foxwell scan and three faults are showing:
1. ECM - cylinder 8 (bank 1)
2. EMS-P - cylinder 12 (bank 1)
3. EMS-P - cylinder 12 (bank 2)
The "Read DTCs" is showing the following for each of these three faults: "P1000 - Active - System check not completed since last memory clear".
I guess she needs to be driven more to allow the codes time to clear, but I am concerned about the underlying faults. She'll run beautifully and then have a cough/splutter.
Battery was changed 2 years ago. It did discharge fully about 11 months ago but is on a CTEK trickle charger. Original tracker with parasitic drain has gone.
Any ideas and advice about what's going on would be much appreciated!

Shame you didn't record the first set of fault codes.
The P1000 is just because you cleared the codes, that's normal.
You said it was coughing and spluttering? Could you be more specific, did the engine stop? Did it go in limp mode?
Have you put fresh fuel in it since? I've heard of a split scavenger pipe near the fuel tank would cause this but I'm not sure.

The dead battery might have taken your misfire corrections with it, and your car might not be seeing midfires properly. See this, particularly the parts about using your Foxwell: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
