This website is very helpful in identifying which fuse does what. I have removed fuse 26 from engine compartment box for example to stop headlights washer coming out.

Typical (indicative) assignment
On this Vantage, typically:
Relays 1–2–3 (left) → fans / engine services
Relay 4 (small center) → ECU / main control
Relays 5–6 (right) → fuel pump / A/C / starter
