Hi
Just after some advice, found a small area of bubbling paint on the front bumper of my Vantage. I know these older ones & clearly the new ones have issues with paint corrosion around the door handles but I can t see anything about the bonnet. Will Aston still warrant this as it s less that 10 years old.

What would be the best course of action to take?

Thanks

Is this the AM6 Vantage from 2018-2023 model year?

I would have thought it worth a try under the corrosion warranty, was the car bought from a main agent?

Yes, it’s AM6 68 plate - it was bought from Brentwood Aston Martin. Hopefully it’s covered!

it's not your font bumper but rather your aluminum wing that is bubbling, was very common on VH platform cars

Looks like it’s on the leading edge of the bonnet to me. I know there have been reports on here of paint issues with the 2C cars but it doesn’t seem to be quite as common as with the previous generation cars, although a 68 plate would indicate your car is relatively early in the production run. I guess the first port of call is Grange Brentwood where you bought it and see what they say. But from your picture it looks quite bad and obvious to see, so I guess the question is, has this problem developed during your ownership or could it have been missed upon delivery? Good luck and fingers crossed you can get it amicably resolved. BRM.
