Factory spec from vin
Discussion
I wonder if anyone can help.
I am trying to confirm factory options spec for a car I’ve purchased.
It’s an N430 with lots of mods such as carbon ceramics, active suspension, full exhaust etc.
All of that’s fully declared on insurance but I am not 100% certain on the factory spec and want to be sure so I have declared the right things to the insurer.
I’ve tried AM but they want £100 for the build sheet.
Any one got any ideas? I’ve seen a few VIN checker sites but they want a subscription and I am uncertain if they really work.
Thanks in advance.

You could try- https://technicalhub.astonmartin.com/login which is run by AM. You can set up a free account and input your VIN and it does give some details back about the build spec so may contain the info you are after. You need to pay subscribe to get access to manuals etc.
You can get a one page spec sheet for free by contacting client services.

But if you want the full build sheet (which is well worth it) and about 12 pages long then you ll need to pay the £100+vat.
This is an example of the spec sheet for mine, whilst the build sheet lists every piece of carbon trim and the colour of stitching etc. and whether the original owner bought an umbrella.

Thanks all.
I was going to ask David Appleby when it’s in there for a service and agreed value letter in a few weeks.
But customer services have since come back and confirmed the options list on the car so I’ve updated the insurance to include the full list.
Mannings were great added no hassle, even with all the other mods was cheaper than likes of Admiral with all mods covered properly.

Good stuff although I doubt Appleby would have been able to do that as not a MD. I was going to ask David Appleby when it s in there for a service and agreed value letter in a few weeks.

Who did Mannings actually place your Insurance with as they are just a broker ?

KGM are the underwriters, used before and no issues. Knowing how pricey carbon ceramics, v12s wheels are etc wanted an under writer who replaced mods like for like should worst happen and could arrange agreed value.Who did Mannings actually place your Insurance with as they are just a broker ?
Guessed DAE may have had paid access to tech hub, will ask when there just out of interest but great that Aston Martin customer service sorted.
