Aircon - fault
Discussion
I'm currently enjoying driving with the windows down, as my a/c isn't working - specifically, it's not blowing cold. I would welcome any wisdom...
- I had the car (V12V) re-gassed in summer 2023 a few months after I bought it, having realised it wasn't working. It was checked for leaks then by AM Performance, who found no issues
- It worked fine until this year
- I had it regassed recently by someone else who ran a pressure test on it, and showed no leaks
- It then stopped working after about a month of elapsed time, with relatively limited driving
- Foxwell is showing an error code of P0483 "Fan Performance Problem", which I assume is related
- General engine temp is fine, even with long driving in this summer heat
- Any past experience / ideas welcomed in terms of what to look at next
Thank you!

If the cooling fan can't run, it won't be able to cool the refrigerant, so the compressor then won't kick in
First thing to check would be the fuse to the cooling fan module(s). There are two on my V8V, so I expect the V12 will be similar. One's in the engine bay and the other is in the cabin

Had similar with my V8V. Tested, no leaks and re-gassed but after a while stopped working again.
Had it checked again and all the gas had gone. Did some checks, turned out to be a tiny leak in the condenser. It sits right behind the grill of the car so gats a bit of a battering.
Replaced the condenser myself, had it re-gassed and 2 years down the line still all good.
