New DB9 owner with satnav question.

Hi All.
I am the very excited new owner of a 2010 (2011 model year) DB9! In Storm Black. 27k miles, one owner, full AMSH. Picking the car up on Wednesday.
My problem? The car has been imported from Japan and has a Pioneer Carrozeria satnav. Does anyone have any experience of swapping this unit out for the CarPlay/new screen upgrade? I ask as the shop I want to do the work have not seen a Japanese setup before and are confused.
I can get the driver display and small infotainment screen flashed to English by a dealer with an AMDS.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
