For reasons I won’t explore fully ( although not by my hand) I need a replacement centre boot mounted stop light for Mon’s DBX.

I have found one in the US but it looks to be smoked finish not red light diffuser

https://www.ebay.com/itm/188812889490

The part number I need is MY8313N408AF and the part on EBay is MY8313N408BF

Aston have advised no parts in stock and none expected for 12 months which is just ridiculous

Can anyone advise where I should look in UK for a DBX being parted out at a wreckers or if the ‘BF’ part is red and not smoked as it would be ok?

Many thanks

Graze

Found no -AF on ebay.de. But in a desperate situation (only when money is no object, of course) it might be worth checking out this from AM Hamburg (main dealer). At least it´s marked as "glass: red", so perhaps worth investigating further?

And the other "usual suspects" in UK have no stock either?

Emilio

Thank you for the link

As I don’t speak any German could I please ask you to contact them and find out how much the centre boot mounted light is - or is the price quoted for that piece only ( it looks like it may be for all of it - but I guess it would be much more thank that)

Thanks Graze

This listing is indeed for the complete five piece rear light arrangement. It even says: ".... or offer", so maybe they would even accept slightly less than EUR 2,000.00?

Just send them an e-mail in English and find out if it includes the part you need. They are my main dealer and absolutely familiar with overseas customers.

Not sure if you have checked Aston Martin Bits but they seem to be able to order what you are looking for but with the part number ending in -AD. The smoked version ends in -BF as above.
