Center Console V8 Vantage

Is there any possibility to become on the V8 Vantage the same piano black center console like the one on the DBS? I would like to have the piano black facia trim on the whole center console, also around dthe air condition part, not only on the upper side. Also the DBS aluminium gear shift knob from the DBS would be very nice om the V8 Vantage. Thank's a lot for your help.

saw a complete carbon one at my dealers so guess you can get one?

yeah, you can spec what you want I thought (on a new car) ...or Aston Works will do you anything you want anyway

Works Service (as mentioned above) will do it for you. I had my Vanquish re-trimmed with walnut.

Feckin' expensive though, WS really do know how to charge.....! On the same bill as the re-trim was £12 labour for fitting a replacement umbrella. Not the cost of the brolly, the labours to undo the two velcro straps, insert brolly, re-attach the velcro straps.

So you can imagine what the wood cost!

my worst example of charging for un-neccesary stuff was an hours labour to "check the tyres" and put down how many mm were left on them

...so that was £100 labour + vat ...and theyd only just put a brand new pair of rears on the car previously in the same service ...thanks for charging me to tell me they were new though ! LOL
