If so, please can you ask him why he was touching the brake pedal at least every 30 seconds on Friday afternoon along the M40 west - all lanes were steady and the 3rd lane flowing along at 70-80 with 30 cars in front so was no need to re-adjust slightly & constantly using brakes...

Leaving some distance from the car in front and lifting off the accelerator/adjusting cruise as required will help with not annoying the people behind you.

When that happens a lot but the car doesn't slow I presume they have a dodgy connection to the brake light somewhere.
