Do the current range of AM have the ability to change their HL beams to drive in Europe by moving a lever like BMW's etc?

Apparently it's a pain in the arse to do.

Interesting,y (ish), my latest BMW's manual says that there is no need to adjust the headlights, except on models with halogens. My Aston's headlights don't appear to kick up to the left to any great extent, so I wouldn't bother.

It's a front wheels off job so that you can access a panel in the front of the wheel arch. As far as I know, it doesn't "convert" the beam, it just blocks the left of the dipped beam.

All correct, and I can confirm that it just creates a "flat beam" rather than kicking up to the right as RH drive cars do.

Flicking the lever is a right royal pain if you don't know what you're looking for. It's do-able but the manual doesn't really help much either.

I've got a set of continental lights that I need to flog if you want them, although arguably it'd be somewhat harder to swap those in that flicking the lever!!

Thread resurrection here, I MOTd a V12 Vantage the other day and N/S headlamp kicked up to offside and Offside to nearside as it should. This was a definite kick up not a flat beam and was quite obvious when the lights reflected off another car or our wall. Is the lever obvious to see when the panels are removed?

M'y car has a simple system on each headlight. A cable that you pull which alters the angle to the correct one for driving on the continent. It was already on the car when I bought it, but is apparently an AM optional modification, so may be worth a chat with your dealer.
