Fault codes on Nissan Terrano 3.0

Hi, I have a sluggish Terrano 3.0 TD 56 plate with fault codes, EMC10 and Fuel Cut 1. Can any expert throw some light on this?

Sorry I cant help but you might get a response in the 4x4 section?
or try the tdi forum they seem to know everything about engines/codes etc.
