I will hazard a guess and say 6800 rpm.
...but why would you want to put a MZR DISI engine into the Focus ST ( I presume this was the point of the post ) ?
The MPS engine into a Ford ST is alot of work, as you would need the Mazda ECU. I can't see the Ford ECU being able to cope with the DISI requirements. You will also need all of the manifolds of the MPS (which are not great at high balanced CFM), and the MPS turbo, which has a poor design of the shaft/seals, although 300+ bhp is OK. If you're aiming for BIG power, then you get stuck with the fueling issues of the MZR DISI, as there are no other larger injectors on the market, which are suitable for the MPS engine. Stick with the aftermarket tuning for your existing Ford lump.
On a side note, XO-Power are developing a 2.6 stroker kit.

Also, the engine was pretty much mapped to run between 2500 and 5500 rpm. Torque tails off quickly between 5500 and 6500 rpm so I found myself up-shifting 5500-6000 rpm to stay in the power band in my MPS6.
Not sure if the MPS3 MK2 is mapped differently. Also, a remap will extend the torque band to the redline but you have to be careful with running lean and blowing the engine towards the redline.
