Check for vacuum leaks as well. It doesn't matter which turbo car you have, a vacuum leak will make it run lean and in turn rough at low engine loads.
Equally you could be looking at MAF or Lambda sensor issues which will make it run rough and jerky at low engine loads.
You don't always get check engine light come on when a sensor has gone down or something happens so check all possibilities.
