Realistic Price of a Glanza? :)

looking at buying a Glanza soon .
The only ones that actually sell on ebay go for around £1500..
But some ask for around £3000 to £5000

I just want a normal nice condition glanza.
Is it too Much to ask for one for £2000 to £2500?

Shouldnt be.
I bought 2 in 2008. One I personally imported myself from Japan the other I bought on ebay. They were £3000 and £3300. Both black with between 44000 and 60000 miles. People overprice them, but at the end of the day there is nothing to them, its still a Starlet worth £500 with a fun turbo 1300 engine.
Stick to your budget, and avoid the auto's which are worth a lot less and are difficult to sell on.

Make them an offer. I imagine it will tempt them

When I was selling mine although it had lots of money sunk into it (Was forged and running 270bhp) I found it hard to sell and sold it for £2700 to the mechanic who did my mapping etc on it.

Great fun car, but I wanted something a little more serious. Definitely go for a manual

I looked a couple of years ago after seeing the OC buzzing round castle coombe at japfest but they were going for silly money considering what they are - a small ageing 1300.

Couldnt find a good one for less than £4k at the time.

I would love one just for a fun fast run about but the insuance was suprisingly steep then too. I would look for one thats forged and a folder full of reciepts.

my brother had one great little cars and also extremly good on fuel if you drive steady

have you also looked at the starlet gtt very nice too

and if you get 1 and fancy uping the power give me a shout my friend has a hybrid turbo from his crashed gtt
