You may be aware of the current proposed change to EU legislation that may well bring an end to any form of road vehicle modifications. This proposed legislative change could/would have serious impact on the classic/historic/modified car and bike arena within the UK. That means all of us could have serious restrictions forced upon us by the EU Mandarins.
