Lexus 570 underpinnings

long shot, but would anyone here know if the 570 is a Landcruiser in a party frock? further to this and an even longer shot, any idea if 17" rims would go over the brakes?

It is based heavily on the Land Cruiser although if you are talking about the latest version the Lexus arrived first so technically the Land Cruiser is based on the Lexus
