No such thing. I presume your talking about a Skyline sedan rather than a Skyline GTR.
Skyline GTRs stopped production in 2002 and that was the only model Nismo would likely touch (until the recent R35 GTR came out many years later). After 2002 Nissan produced a car called the "Skyline" but wasn't related to the GTRs in any shape or form - it was more like a standard saloon car. Nismo being the racing arm of Nissan did not touch what is now known as a Skyline.
Skyline Sedan:

Skyline GTR:

Two completely different cars sharing the same name. Nismo only touched the GTR.

Up until the current thing, the Skyline GTR was always just the hottest version of the Skyline range - like a BMW 3-series, it had everything from a 120bhp 1.8 4-pot GXi (in the R32) to 2.0 and 2.5 NA and turbo versions in coupe and sedan form as well as the GTR at the top. Separating the GTR from the Skyline range with the R35 doesn't stop the Skylines from being Skylines.Skyline GTRs stopped production in 2002 and that was the only model Nismo would likely touch (until the recent R35 GTR came out many years later). Agreed that its pretty unlikely for Nismo to have tinkered with non-GTRs though, more likely its a few bolt-on parts/new car options from the Nismo catalogue.

Nismo I think did do an S-Tune edition of that Skyline (or certainly S-Tune parts) but what you have there is just a regular Skyline V35/350GT with a few Nismo stickers. As above poster has mentioned, it's essentially a 350Z with back seats (which isn't a bad thing necessarily!). Seems a bit overpriced to me, particularly if it's an auto (which the majority of them here are).
ETA: Have just done a bit more digging and the closest i can find is an s-tune 'concept', so I don't think there even is such a thing as a real nismo edition of that car. Nismo did tuning parts for it, but that's about it. So your friend isn't necessarily lying - that's a real car, and those are real stickers (unfortunately) - but that definitely IS NOT a 'real' nismo car.

in the US that's called an Infiniti G35, indeed same engine (slightly detuned) of the 350Z. In Japan for some weird reason they called them "Skylines".
The pictured one seems to be rather badly tarted up though...
Why is it weird! You realise Skylines are to Japan what say a Ford Sierra was to the UK? They had a range on engines, from sub 2.0 litre, to the GTR like the Sierra 1.6, (I think there was a 1.3 as well?), to the Cosworth. Skylines were normal family cars, taxi cabs, and so on. The pictured one seems to be rather badly tarted up though...
