Hesitant starting?

Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and could help;

My car seems to take a while to start, take 4-5 cranks to get started and sounds like it just starts. Sometimes it dies when cranking then starts cranking again then starts. Just doesn't sound very good but, once started there are no issues.

I've just replaced the battery with a Bosch S4 054 hoping it was the culprit but, it's still doing it!

When the car is started it sits at over 14v so i'm pressuimung the alternator is not the issue.

You need to look at the ignition system , what car it is would help as well

what car is it? Rotaries can take a while to start
