Setting auto-lock function: Yaris (56 plate)

I have a bog standard Yaris on a 56 plate and am trying to find out if I can set the doors to lock automatically when driving off from start up.

Anyone know if this is possible in this model and how I would go about it?

I know some cars have 'secret' button sequences to enable systems like this but cannot find anything in the manual or online.

It has a normal cylinder/key operation rather than a start button/smart key type system...
