nissan skyline narrow wheel nuts

Hi, have bought a set of wheels for my skyline and the old wheel nuts will not fit the new wheels the holes are really narrow only 20mm diameter, anyone know where I could get some narrow nuts need to be at least 2mm less than the 20mm holes I would say.Cheers
