Mazda 3 mps 2010 mlti fction screen not working

I have had battery removed and re fitted and now the mtli info sat nav screen is saying can not read program Contact dealer.
Any ideas how to reboot it or get back to working order. Also does the screen work with SD card removed.

Perhaps a mod can move this to the Japanese section, where you might get a better response than in the MX5 section.

I guess that you have already done this, but out of curiosity, I typed the error into Google.

It would appear that it is a common fault on battery replacement on a lot of Mazda models, and you will need the original nav disc that was provided with the car to insert and reboot the unit.
