Qashqai Winter Tyres Wheels combo help

Hello I've just bout a Tekna 2011 2wd car that runs on 215/55 R18 Tyres and Id like to get a set of winter steelies.
Can I just go to a Nissan dealer and check what size a Qashqai with 16" wheels sits on and copy the tyre size and buy that size for my 18" radius car?
Will my rolling radius be the same and will me speedo still work (?)
